From the moment you arrive there is space to settle in, to spend time with your guests and to enjoy the lead-up as much as the day itself.
We hold a limited number of weddings each year, so every one receives the time and care it deserves.
A weekend to enjoy
From Friday through to Sunday, Tockington Park becomes your base for the weekend. There is time to arrive, settle into the cottages and enjoy being together before the wedding day itself.
Exclusive use – Your time, your space
When you book Tockington Park, your wedding is the only celebration taking place on the estate that weekend. Whilst Tockington Park remains our family home, the wedding spaces, cottages, and surrounding grounds are reserved exclusively for you and your guests throughout your stay.
How the weekend works
Your wedding includes exclusive use of the four on site cottages from Friday through to Sunday, giving you plenty of time to arrive, settle in and make the most of the weekend.
The barns and terraces are prepared and fully staffed for your wedding day on Saturday. If you would also like to host a welcome dinner on Friday evening, a farewell brunch on Sunday morning, or make additional use of the wedding spaces across the weekend, we would be delighted to arrange this for you.
The wedding day
Ceremonies, drinks, dinner and evening celebrations flow naturally through the barns and outdoor spaces, creating a relaxed experience without the need to move between locations. From preparations in The Granary through to the final dance, everything is designed to feel effortless for you and your guests.
Ceremonies at Tockington Park
Tockington Park is not currently licensed for legal marriage ceremonies.
Many couples choose to complete the legal formalities at a registry office or in church beforehand and then hold a celebrant-led ceremony here. This allows the ceremony to feel personal, flexible and tailored to what is important to you.
Ceremonies can be arranged in a variety of locations across the estate, including Swallow Barn, The Roost, the courtyard and terrace, allowing you to create a setting that reflects your style and the atmosphere you would like for your day.

Pricing
A clear and straightforward approach.
As a newly launched venue, our current pricing applies to weddings booked for 2027 and 2028. Pricing for future seasons may be reviewed as availability becomes more limited.
All prices are for exclusive use of Tockington Park from Friday to Sunday and include everything listed within the What’s Included section.
We host only a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every celebration receives the time and personal support you deserve.

Friday Evening Barn Use*
Host a relaxed welcome dinner or gathering with family and friends in the barn on Friday evening before your wedding day.
Sunday Barn Use*
Continue the celebrations with a farewell brunch, lunch or gathering in the barn before departing on Sunday.
*Food for pre-wedding dinners and post-wedding breakfasts or brunches can be arranged through one of our trusted catering partners. Our licensed bar will be available to serve drinks during these gatherings. We are unable to accommodate self-catering or BYO alcohol for extended celebrations.
Camping Field
Suitable for guest camping, campervans or a glamping village. Luxury bell tents, toilets and shower facilities can be arranged separately through recommended suppliers.
Available during the summer season (typically May to September), subject to weather and ground conditions.
Capacity
There are a number of different layout options for both the ceremony and dining. The spaces are flexible and can be arranged in different ways to suit your plans. Depending on your chosen layout and where you would like to dine, Tockington Park can accommodate up to 108 guests for a seated wedding breakfast.
Swallow Barn is our beautifully restored stone barn, featuring high ceilings, exposed stone walls and original character. Previously used as a threshing barn, it provides an atmospheric setting for ceremonies and dining for up to 84 guests.
The Roost is our open-sided barn overlooking the surrounding countryside. Originally a milking parlour, it offers a relaxed and versatile setting for larger celebrations, making the most of the surrounding views while offering protection from the elements when needed. It can accommodate up to 108 guests for dining.
Evening celebrations can accommodate up to 170 guests.

Drinks
All drinks are provided through our licensed on-site bar The Nest, so there is no need to organise external suppliers.
We can arrange drinks as a package, a bar tab or a pay-as-you-go option, depending on how you would like the day to run.
We keep this flexible and will talk through with you once you begin planning so it works in the right way for you and your guests based on how you would like the day to feel.
Staying on site
Your wedding includes four beautifully restored cottages, providing accommodation for up to eight adults across the weekend. The Granary is our most spacious cottage and is typically reserved for the wedding couple. With its double-height entrance, exposed beams, super king bedroom and light-filled first floor lounge, it provides the perfect setting to relax before the celebrations and spend your first night as newlyweds. The Granary also benefits from a private wood-fired hot tub overlooking the surrounding countryside.
On the morning of the wedding, The Granary becomes a calm and luxurious space for preparations, with room for hair and make-up, and space to gather with your closest friends and family before the day begins.
The remaining three cottages each feature a king-size bedroom and offer comfortable accommodation for your guests. The Hay Barn is arranged across a single level, making it particularly well suited to guests with mobility considerations. Camp beds can also be provided for children on request.
For larger celebrations, we can arrange a camping field for guests bringing their own tents or camper vans or create a glamping village of bell tents overlooking the alpaca field.
We believe the opportunity to spend the whole weekend together, rather than just a single day, is one of the things that makes Tockington Park so special.

Planning and support
You will speak directly with us from the beginning. We live here and we are closely involved in everything that happens at Tockington Park. It is a small team and we are hands on for each celebration held here.
Planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. From the moment you book Tockington Park, we’re here to support you with practical advice, guidance and plenty of experience.
While we aren’t full wedding planners, we’ll help you navigate the planning process, meet with you ahead of the wedding to discuss timings and logistics, and be on hand to answer questions along the way.
On the day itself, our team will coordinate the venue, welcome suppliers, oversee set up and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. We’ll take care of the practicalities so you can focus on celebrating with your family and friends.
If you’d prefer to hand over the finer details and enjoy a fully supported planning experience, we can arrange a dedicated wedding planner for an additional fee. Working alongside the Tockington Park team, they’ll help shape and refine your vision, source and manage suppliers, develop styling and design concepts, and oversee every aspect of the planning process. The result is a seamless experience, allowing you to relax and enjoy the journey to your wedding day just as much as the celebration itself.

The Essentials
Tockington Park is not currently licensed. Couples often complete the legal ceremony elsewhere and hold a celebrant-led ceremony here.
Depending on your chosen layout and where you would like to dine, Tockington Park can accommodate up to 108 guests for a seated wedding breakfast.
The Roost’s seated capacity is 108 guests. Swallow Barn’s seated capacity is 84.

Your Weekend
Your wedding is the only celebration taking place on the estate that weekend. The wedding spaces, cottages and surrounding grounds are reserved exclusively for you and your guests throughout your stay.
Use is focused on the wedding day, with additional access available by arrangement.
You and your guests can check into the four cottages at Tockington Park from 13:00 on the Friday.
Guests are asked to vacate the cottages by 11:00 on the Sunday. Late check out is available by arrangement.
Food, drink & suppliers
Yes, we work with a small number of trusted catering partners. Each offers a different style, all have been chosen for the quality of their food and how they work. You will book directly with them and agree your menu choices.
Tockington Park can recommend a small collection of trusted suppliers.
Yes. You are welcome to bring in your own suppliers, such as florist, stylist, photographer and entertainment which could be DJ, band or both!
You are welcome to have a band, or DJ, or both!; we have a recommended list to help.
Professional sound, microphones and venue lighting are all included in your hire, creating a seamless experience for both you and your suppliers while avoiding the need for costly additional equipment hire.
Music and dancing finish at midnight, with a slow wind down until 12:30am.
The bar is run on site, with staff provided.
Drinks packages can be arranged per guest, or we can set up a bar tab or pay-as-you-go option, depending on what suits your day. Further details can be discussed as part of your planning.

Accommodation
Yes. Four beautifully appointed cottages are included, each sleeping two guests. Camp beds for children can also be provided on request. The cottages are included as part of your wedding package.
For larger groups, we offer additional accommodation options. Our camping field can be made available for guests wishing to bring their own tents or camper vans, and we can also arrange a glamping village of up to nine furnished bell tents, sleeping approximately 36 guests, positioned in a picturesque setting overlooking our alpaca herd.
Should you choose camping or glamping, dedicated shower and toilet facilities will be provided for your guests’ comfort throughout the weekend.
The Granary is our largest cottage and is typically reserved for the wedding couple. It also provides a spacious and relaxed setting for wedding morning preparations, with room for hair, make-up and time with your closest friends and family
Tockington Park is well located with a number of hotel options within a 10-minute taxi ride from the estate. We can provide further suggestions to help your guests plan their stay.
Logistics
Yes there is parking available on site for your guests.
Yes, cars can be left overnight and collected the following day by 12noon.
